The Light of Learning Award is presented to teachers to
recognize excellence in teaching.
A certificate is awarded, plus a luncheon held in their honor, and the glory of
their name etched forever with past winners.
Recipients have been voted by their peers.
Qualifications include being a full-time teacher at HCS for at least 2 years, and demonstrating to work well with students and faculty.
This year's recipient is Derek Boone, PE.
